Local context
The public record behind places you hear about.
A small collection from St. Croix Seiche: park projects, land and water decisions, and county road programs. Explore each source alongside Listener.
A shared place name offers context. It does not confirm that a radio incident is connected to a proposal or decision. This collection is a dated snapshot, not a complete or live public-record search.
Help evaluate the connections
Rate a record here or a connection on an incident. Reviews stay in this browser until you export and share them. Exports include record and incident identifiers, your rating and its date; they contain no audio, transcript text or home address. Up to 500 recent reviews are kept.

Radio codes
What the 10-codes on the radio mean. Officers often shorten them: “Wisconsin 28” is a 10-28, a registration check on a Wisconsin plate, and not a place.
From the Wisconsin State Patrol 10-code list (undated). St. Croix County agencies may use some codes differently, so listen before relying on one. Highlighted codes are capitalized in that list.
Kept
Kept recordings and moments are protected from automatic cleanup. Everything else expires after the retention period.

Automatic collection
Waiting for approved API access. Downloads import remains available.
Collects selected channels with about a 20-minute delay, starting with the previous hour. API usage may be billed. The local limit is 10,000 returned records per UTC day; a response can cross that limit. Set the billing cap in Broadcastify too. The Mac must stay awake. After a restart, collection stays off until you start it, unless you turn on automatic resume in the connection settings.
